Welcome to Cleaning Services Horgen. By booking our services or using our website at cleanhorgen.ch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Cleaning Services Horgen provides professional home cleaning services in Horgen and surrounding areas, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and end-of-tenancy cleaning.
The scope of each service is as described on our website. Any additional services not included in the booked package must be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
We reserve the right to decline a booking if the condition of the property significantly exceeds what would reasonably be expected for the requested service type.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Cleaning Services Horgen via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances such as illness or emergency. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date.
3. Payment
Payment is due within 10 days of the service being completed. We will issue an invoice via email following each visit.
We accept bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
Late payments may be subject to a reminder fee in accordance with Swiss law.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. However, to respect the time of our team, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled service — no charge
Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service — 50% of the service price
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service — 100% of the service price
Cancellations must be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
5. Access to the Property
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be provided and no prior notice was given, the full service fee may be charged.
We treat every property with the utmost care and respect. All staff members are bound by confidentiality regarding the client's home and personal belongings.
6. Liability and Damages
Cleaning Services Horgen takes great care when working in your home. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours of the service.
We will assess the situation and where appropriate, cover the cost of repair or replacement up to a reasonable limit. We are not liable for damage to items that were already damaged, fragile, or improperly secured prior to our visit.
We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of cleaning products provided by the client.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Inform us of any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items requiring special attention
Inform us of any relevant health or safety conditions in the property
Ensure pets are secured during the cleaning visit if requested
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, and the CSH logo is the property of Jan Královic, Cleaning Services Horgen. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any content is not permitted.
9. Amendments
Cleaning Services Horgen reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Canton of Zurich.
